Lee County law firm is seeing a Probate Paralegal with a strong background in Formal Probates and Summary Administration to join their growing firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with both Formal Probate and Summary Administration cases from start to finish.
- Draft, prepare, and file probate documents such as petitions, inventories, notices, and motions.
- Maintain case files, track important deadlines, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and other professionals involved in the probate process.
- Manage case progress and help prepare for hearings and trial as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Probate Paralegal, with a solid understanding of Florida probate law and procedures.
- Experience with formal probates and summary administration is a must.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
